Through years of working with people experiencing anxiety, distress and psychological difficulty, our founder became increasingly aware of the gap between how technology influences human experience and how little it understands it.

Aidyn Kussainov
Founder & Chief Executive Officer
A neuroscientist and psychologist trained at the University of Cambridge, Aidyn’s work has focused on understanding the emotional and cognitive processes that shape human behaviour. His research experience includes decision-making, anxiety, cognition, and behavioural modelling.
Aidyn founded nx10 to advance a new generation of technology capable of responding not only to behaviour, but to the human experience that drives it.
Today, he leads a multidisciplinary team working at the intersection of computational neuroscience, machine learning, and human-centred AI.
Richard Pinder
Chairman
Richard helps guide the company's strategy, commercial growth and long-term development. He works closely with the leadership team to translate breakthrough ideas into scalable businesses, drawing on more than three decades of experience leading organisations through periods of growth and transformation.
Richard's career spans global leadership roles, founding businesses and advising CEOs and boards across multiple sectors. Having led organisations ranging from entrepreneurial ventures to some of the world's largest international businesses, he brings a rare combination of strategic perspective, commercial judgement and operational experience that helps ambitious companies scale with confidence.
Tom Pickard
Chief Technology Officer
Tom is an entrepreneur and seasoned technology leader. A first-class Computer Science graduate from Durham University, he has spent his career building AI-powered products and leading engineering teams behind technologies used by global retailers, major gaming platforms and hundreds of millions of consumers.
At nx10, Tom leads the engineering team responsible for translating the science of attunement into a scalable, enterprise-ready platform - overseeing the technologies that enable digital systems to respond to human experience in real time. A strong believer that culture is the foundation of execution, Tom builds high-trust teams that empower engineers to cut through complexity and solve difficult problems fast.
Becks Armstrong
Chief Operating Officer
Becks is a scale-up specialist with extensive experience spanning strategy, governance, operations and organisational design. Throughout her career, she has worked alongside founders and leadership teams to prepare businesses for investment, growth and commercial scale, supporting companies from pre-seed through to Series B across AI, climate technology and healthtech.
Having worked on both sides of the investment process, as an operator and in venture funding, Becks brings a rare combination of strategic, operational and governance expertise. She is particularly recognised for building the structures, processes and leadership teams that enable innovative businesses to scale with confidence.
Nick Verkroost

Nick is an experienced business leader who has spent his career helping founders navigate the decisions that shape successful companies. Having served as CEO, COO and CFO across founder-led technology businesses, he brings a rare combination of financial, commercial and operational insight, with a strong belief that the best business decisions are rarely made within a single function.
At nx10, Nick leads the company's financial strategy, commercial planning and investor readiness, ensuring the business has the financial discipline, strategic insight and commercial rigour needed to support long-term growth. Working closely with the leadership team, he helps translate scientific innovation into a scalable, sustainable business.
Trudi Harris
Chief Communications Officer
Trudi is a strategic communications leader who helps organisations define categories, build reputation and shape understanding around complex ideas. Throughout her career she has advised founders, CEOs and leadership teams working at the intersection of technology, innovation and societal change, developing the narratives that support growth, investment and long-term influence.
At nx10, Trudi leads positioning and stakeholder engagement as the company establishes the emerging category of attunement. She works across corporate narrative, thought leadership, media and strategic partnerships, helping build understanding and trust around a new generation of technology designed to respond to human experience.
